At Telstra International, I built and maintained 50+ Power BI dashboards across regions, automated manual reporting, and helped teams move away from Excel-heavy operations to self-serve, live views.
At Visa Empire, I acted as a founder-aligned operator — redesigning workflows, building a custom SharePoint + Power Automate CRM for 482/DAMA, and setting up reporting rhythms that gave leadership a single source of truth across Australia and India.
